Unsafe Railway
Recent spate of railway accidents in Hokkaido has prompted the relevant authorities to conduct detail checks on the state and condition of the railway in that prefecture. The results and findings were even more revealing and worrisome. To date, about 270 places have been found to be in 'danger' or in need of 'repair'.
