Should be hand-written

Asahi Shimbun, NHK news.

In a (2012)finding by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, more and more people are switching to emails and messaging, resulting in less and less people writing letters and postcards these days. Compared to similar findings in 2004, the percentage of people writing letters\postcards manually have definitely dropped.

But the finding has also thrown up an interesting trend. The drop in percentage of people hand-writing letters is lesser in the younger age groups(10s & 20s). It seems that there is an increasing trend among the young that hand-written letters are seen as important. Many young people see that a good handwriting brings good impressions and a hand-written letter can convey a feeling/message better.
